XMA FOUNDERS & OWNERS

After running the number one ranked junior martial arts competitive team and the first international sport karate training camps, founders McKenzie Satterthwaite and Mike Chat designed and launched the first martial arts performance training program and product line called XMA, Xtreme Martial Arts. This dynamic duo partnered with Century – the largest martial arts equipment manufacturer/distributor and MAIA, Martial Arts Industry Association – the industry’s largest trade organization to bring their design and vision of Life Skills & Leadership development programming to the world.

Together they built the flagship, state-of-the-art, one-of-a-kind facility – XMA World Headquarters located in the heart of the NoHo Arts District, North Hollywood, Ca. Committed to excellence in martial arts education and programming, XMA founders are focused on building a stronger community through developing socially conscious, global minded individuals that will lead by example, one black belt at a time.
